Position: Assistant Manager – CS (Field Service Operations – South. Karachi)
Qualification: B Tech in mechanical or automobile trade
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assuring customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints by swift action.
- Responsible for CS Field operations – Service & Parts.
- Responsible for Lube and Parts sales & availability and achieving sales targets
- Technical assistance for market problems and feedback.
- Dealer development & Smooth dealer’s operation /Skill Improvement /Resolving day to day matters
- Planning /executing support activities and managing CS tasks
- Finding areas for improvement and actions to improve.
Salary Range: Rs.86,000 – Rs.92,000
