Position: Enabler Visual Merchandising, Weaves Corporation, Karachi
We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the role of Enabler Visual Merchandising.
In this role, you’ll drive brand consistency and commercial impact by ensuring strong visual execution across stores while bringing creative concepts to life.
Responsibilities:
Concept Specialist
-Manage and update visual merchandising (VM) playbook and guidelines by gathering product-related information from relevant stakeholders
-Ensure consistent VM presentation and storytelling across stores through floor changes, campaigns, and seasonal launches
-Research industry best practices and benchmarks for VM and recommend continuous improvements
Zonal Responsibilities
-Measure and analyse VM impact through sales and collection performance, recommending improvements to enhance sell-through based on data insights and trends
-Collaborate with cross functional teams to align VM execution plan, including design, planning, and operations
-Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop training modules along with conducting training sessions for store teams

Experience:
-1-2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising
-Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Marketing & Merchandising or related field
