Position: Enabler Customer Service, Weaves Corporation, Karachi
We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the role of Enabler Customer Service based in Karachi.
Join our team as a Customer Service professional where this position is responsible for managing customer complaints, ensure timely resolutions and enhance service processes.
Responsibilities:
· Utilise the CRM system to manage customer complaints and inquires across all platforms promptly and accurately, track and resolve customer issues and update CRM tickets with accurate documentation
· Meet productivity targets and maintaining a high Quality Assurance Score, ensuring quick responses – high CSAT, reducing AHT and improving overall customer satisfaction.
· Stay updated with product knowledge and customer service best practices to enhance Average Quality Assurance Scores and expand knowledge
· Share insights, recurring issues, and suggestions with relevant teams to improve processes and elevate the overall customer experience.

Experience:
•5- 7 years of experience in fashion retail industry to ecommerce, retail, logistics industry
•Advanced knowledge of CRM system
•Advanced knowledge of consumer behavior and retail industry trends
