𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Lead and support the customer service team to ensure efficient daily operations of call center, resolve escalations and customer complaints, maintain KPIs, and coordinate cross-functionally for seamless service delivery.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree along with 5-7 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
