We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 to join our growing Finance team. ➤ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
🔹Prepare, analyze, and maintain 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁 & 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 and 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀.
🔹Manage 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗻𝘀 including markup/interest calculations and repayments.
🔹Handle 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝘅 & 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝘅 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, filing, and reporting.
🔹Oversee 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗟𝗖𝘀 (𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀) including documentation and reconciliation.
🔹Conduct 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 and provide accurate cost analysis.
🔹Assist in 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.
🔹Manage 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 ensuring smooth operations and liquidity planning.
🔹Monitor financial performance and provide management with 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 & 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.
🔹Ensure compliance with 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and company policies.
🔹Coordinate with 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, 𝘁𝗮𝘅 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 for smooth financial operations.
🔹Strong command of 𝗠𝗦 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹 / 𝗘𝗥𝗣 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 for financial reporting and analysis.
➤ 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
🔹MBA Finance / BBA Finance / ACCA Part Qualified / ICMA Part Qualified
🔹Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗧𝗮𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
🔹Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
