We Are HIRING MANAGER TREASURY
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Manager – Treasury to lead our treasury operations and ensure effective cash flow management, financial control, and banking relationships across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage all treasury functions, including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and fund utilization.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks to ensure smooth execution of treasury and financial operations.
- Monitor daily cash positions and ensure availability of funds for operational and payment needs.
- Supervise and ensure timely deposits of daily collections into respective bank accounts.
- Oversee vendor payments and ensure timely execution to avoid delays and penalties.
- Review and ensure accuracy of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) for all company accounts.
- Track and manage cash inflows/outflows through both cash and banking channels.
- Lead and guide the treasury team to ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls.
- Conduct internal checks and audits of treasury activities and company expenses.
- Collaborate with the Receivables and Finance teams to streamline cash management and customer collections.
- Prepare and present periodic treasury reports and liquidity forecasts to senior management.
- Provide strategic recommendations for improving treasury efficiency, automation, and control mechanisms.
- Perform any additional assignments from management aligned with the department’s objectives.
Requirements: EDUCATION:
- Qualified/Finalist CA, ACCA, CMA.
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in treasury or financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG setup.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, fund management, and cash flow forecasting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
