🎯 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵:
- Strong understanding of ISP / FTTH operations
- Experience in SLA, TAT & MTTR management
