Currently, we are looking for vibrant and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Call Centre Officers:
Candidates shall be responsible for managing inbound / outbound calls by providing individualized customer services at professional level.
Qualification and Professional Experience:
The ideal candidate should be Bachelor’s with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in well reputed organizations.
Skills:
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in MS Office
· Self-motivated with high level of energy and enthusiasm
