We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Installation Operations Manager to lead and optimize the operational efficiency and safety of our petroleum storage terminal. This critical role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing all aspects of oil terminal operations, ensuring seamless logistics, and upholding the highest safety standards.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
► Oversee all terminal operations, including storage, loading/unloading, and dispatch of petroleum products.
► Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational procedures.
► Manage and optimize terminal logistics, inventory control, and throughput efficiency.
► Implement and maintain robust maintenance programs for terminal infrastructure and equipment.
► Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and reduce costs.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
► Graduate preferably Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
► 10+ years of progressive experience in oil terminal operations management with Leading Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs).
► Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
► Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize resources, and drive operational excellence.
