Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans as per IB standards.
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Use age-appropriate teaching aids, activities, and play-based methods.
- Observe and document student progress using IB assessment tools.
- Maintain clear and open communication with parents regarding student progress and behaviour.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and academic coordinators to ensure curriculum alignment and consistency.
