IQC Engineer (Karachi)

Qualification: BS (Majors – Electrical Engineering) or Equivalent Experience: 1 to 2 years in relevant field

Responsibilities:

Inspect and test materials, components, and products delivered by suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.
Implement sampling procedures and guidelines for checking the quality of incoming materials.
Document all inspection results, and generate quality reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and inspection data.
Data Analysis means familiar with variety of tools such as Power BI, Excel. Sr. IQE is responsible to make smooth flow of data gathering and maintaining through soft tools. Data source authenticity verification and make sure match with physical and soft ERP data.
Work with suppliers and internal teams to conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Production Engineer (Karachi)

Qualification: BE (Majors – Industrial & Electronics) or Equivalent

Experience: 1 to 2 years in relevant field

Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring the daily production operations to ensure the process is running efficiently and well-streamlined.
Report any deviations or technical issues to the Sr. Production engineer or Production Team Leader.
Identify the areas of improvement in the production processes and assist in implementing solutions to enhance efficiency by analyzing the production data.
Oversee the production raw material inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock that impacts to the line stoppage or line disturbance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Address any operational issues by coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring timely resolutions.
Conduct time studies and work measurement tasks with the Industrial Engineering team to establish standard times for various tasks and operations.
Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address production issues and quality concerns.
Supervise the production team on the shop floor by guiding and implementing the good manufacturing practices (GMP) and floor discipline as well.

Responsibilities:

Root-cause-analysis of defects
Support senior engineers in analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes
Collect and analyze data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Assist in implementing process improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate process documentation, including SOPs and process flow diagrams
Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure compliance with standards
Participate in troubleshooting technical issues during production
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements
Support engineering projects and feasibility studies
