We are hiring Assistant Manager HVAC
Responsibilities:
- Lead HVAC maintenance operations, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Liaise cross-functionally to manage and optimize spare parts inventory.
- Supervise contractor activities and guide the team in maintenance tasks.
- Facilitate seamless coordination between departments to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal/external audits, HSE, and food safety standards.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar industrial/plant role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or diploma in HVACR.
Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HVACR systems and maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety, quality, and maintenance protocols.
- Inventory management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Team player with flexibility to work in shifts.
