Tara Group is seeking an Assistant Manager – Quality Control (Pesticides) to oversee QC laboratory operations, support R&D activities, and ensure quality compliance during pesticide production. The role involves close coordination with production and R&D teams to maintain consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.
🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Supervise QC testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pesticide products.
Review analytical results and approve/reject batches as per specifications.
Support R&D trials, formulation improvement, and stability studies.
Coordinate in-process quality checks and troubleshoot production quality issues.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO/IEC 17025-2017 standard, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain laboratory documentation, and quality reports.
Supervise and train QC laboratory staff.
🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry or related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant QC experience in pesticides, agrochemicals, industry.
Hands on experience on the needed equipment for analysis including HPLC, GC.
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
· Strong knowledge of pesticide formulations and QC testing.
· Hands-on laboratory and plant coordination experience.
· Good analytical, documentation, and supervision skills.
