Looking for an experienced 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 to be based in 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶.
The incumbent will be responsible to oversee the operations of hotel business, as well as provide 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
-Plan activities to achieve the most efficient operating model
-Manage budgets, analyze profit and sales.
-Develop and implement an efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel business.
-Establish Work in partnership with external parties such as travel agencies, event/conference planners, corporate clients etc.
𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
-Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and relevant laws
-Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
-Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail
-Degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management, or relevant field
