- Position: Network Planner – Multan
- Location: Multan
- Experience: 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Network Planning, Site Selection & Real Estate Management.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing from a recognized university.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Selection: Conduct detailed assessments of potential network expansion locations, ensuring alignment with business needs and market demand.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and demand models based on market analysis, supporting network expansion and business growth.
- Network Development: Develop a network of retail outlets in the designated region, achieving targeted returns.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for site leases and vendor contracts, ensuring optimal terms while maintaining compliance with safety and legal standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge and ensure adherence to OGRA regulations, zoning laws, and explosive safety guidelines, including NOC requirements for lease registration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Legal, Finance, and Operations to streamline the site acquisition and development process, ensuring all projects meet both strategic and compliance goals.
