KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company procedures.
Oversee and monitor gantry and weighbridge operations, ensuring smooth administrative activities.
Maintain product quality, manage stock levels (loss/gain), and ensure high housekeeping standards.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and dealers to ensure service excellence.
Lead and train staff to optimize performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
Drive cost efficiency by managing budgets and recommending operational improvements.
Ensure strict adherence to HSSE policies, conducting regular safety training and drills.
Coordinate with local authorities, OGRA, and other OMCs to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Manage inventory, oversee emergency responses, and handle equipment procurement.
Ensure depot operations align with the approved Capex and Opex budgets.
Represent the company’s interests with stakeholders and ensure timely execution of customer orders.

QUALIFICATION: Master in Business Administration

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review daily reports and forecast revenue weekly, monthly, and quarterly to align with business targets.
Achieve sales targets for all products at fueling sites in the designated area.
Identify business opportunities through comprehensive “Market Area Surveys.”
Manage sales for key accounts and distributors to meet fuel, CNG, LPG, and lubricant targets.
Oversee credit sales, recovery issues, and control monthly expenses within the budget.
Ensure high standards in customer service, housekeeping, HSSE, safety, and site operations.
Lead, motivate, and train teams to maintain service excellence.
Coordinate with supply, logistics, operations, and finance for smooth sales operations.
