Job Specifications and Duties :
• Telesales: Conduct outbound calls to drive sales and promote company products or services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, follow-ups, and responding to inquiries.
• Sales Pitches: Develop and deliver customized sales presentations that align with the specific needs and interests of potential customers.
• Customer Relationship Building: Establish rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and provide solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Objection Handling: Address and resolve customer objections or concerns to facilitate a smooth sales process.
• Sales Process Management: Ensure a seamless transition from lead identification to conversion through effective communication and problem-solving.
