POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for managing end-to-end transportation operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and damage-free delivery of goods to retail outlets and e-commerce partners. The role involves coordinating with 3PLs and courier partners, monitoring logistics budgets, and resolving transport-related issues. This position also supports strategic planning, prepares performance reports, and ensures smooth cross-functional collaboration using ERP/WMS systems. Additionally, the role includes leading the transport team to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
