WE’RE HIRING! Senior Executive-Dyeing Floor
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor machine parameters and lead adjustments in case of deviations in pH, specific gravity and peroxide presence
- Identify and address quality issues in coordination with the Dyeing Production Head
- Ensure proper machine handling, boil-offs and immediately report equipment issues to the maintenance department
- Conduct refresher sessions with operators to ensure adherence to SOPs and technical parameters
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards across floor
- Ensure prompt response to machine calls and alarms
- Ensure timely availability of inputs for running & planned batches (e.g. fabric, chemicals) and lead coordination with chemical and inverter stores
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering /Textile Engineering
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with knitwear companies
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS 365, ERP and IMS
