We are hiring Microbiologist
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, final products, and by-products (gluten, fiber, germ).
- Analyze process water and utility systems (cooling tower, boiler feed, condensate) for microbial growth.
- Perform swab tests in production and packaging areas to monitor surface and air quality.
- Ensure GMP and sanitation compliance through regular monitoring.
- Validate Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and sanitation effectiveness.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- BS/MS Microbiology
- 2-3 years experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry, starch manufacturing is desirable.
- IMS Certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, FSSC 22000 etc.)
- Previous Food microbiology and industrial hygiene.
- GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000 standards.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
