Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify Salesforce issues and develop resolutions.
- Identify system risks, perform UAT’s and develop mitigation plans.
- Identify new automation opportunities to add business value.
- Develop, document, and implement business plans, processes, and procedures.
- Develop dashboards for management and stakeholders on business operations and numbers visibility.
- Support business planning functions for new and existing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Maximizing operating potential to exceed sales expectations and company goals.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting & Finance.
Experience: 6 month – 01 year Experience.
