Job Description:
RECEIVABLE
- Processing incoming receipts of customers & records in SAP.
- Deal with customers’ disputes about the accounts receivables & resolve on priority.
- Punctually review the customer’s ledgers for timely reconciliation.
- Calculate & maintain Sales Tax invoices.
PAYABLE
- Processing Employees and vendors bills in SAP.
- Perform reconciliation on monthly bases.
- Petty cash handling.
- Any other task assigned by seniors.
