Requirements
- Oversee the internal audit department of SITECH entities.
- Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct audits in compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulations.
- Assess financial, operational, and compliance processes to identify risks and control weaknesses.
- Implement strategies to mitigate risks and strengthen internal controls.
- Prepare audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
- Communicate audit results effectively to stakeholders and collaborate on corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the audit function.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant, CIA certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of risk management, control frameworks, and audit methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Internal Audit and at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in using data analysis software, digital auditing tools, and ERP systems.
