Job Title: Consumer Technical Support – Cards
Location: Karachi
Required Qualification:

  1. Bachelors of Information Technology/ BCS/MCS
  2. Basic programming/ database analytics skill sets will be preferred
  3. Oracle certifications will be preferred
    Responsibilities
  4. End to end knowledge of consumer cards business
  5. In-depth experience on Credit Card Systems
  6. Experience of working on CardPro /Silverlake by Sungard is preferred.
  7. Knowledge of procedures and credit card routines
  8. System Analysis and testing
  9. Patch Management
  10. Hardware Specifications and Fine Tuning of resources
  11. Analytical and problem solving skills.
  12. Database querying skills
