Silkbank is looking for “Assistant Manager Learning & Development” at Head Office Karachi.

Job role: Bank-wide responsibility to plan, organize and manage learning & development programs/activities including logistics and administrative support by ensuring that all necessary communications and process requirements are met.

Qualification: Graduation / Masters in a relevant discipline from a good Institution.

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in training / learning & development, preferably in Banking environment but not limited. Good expertise in Microsoft office tools ( Excel / Power point / Word)
