Position: Chief Internal Audit
Job Description:
• Evaluate accounting, financial and other operation activities as an independent appraisal function.
• Review and appraise the soundness, adequacy and application of accounting, financial and operational controls.
• Formulate internal audit programs for audit of all aspects of financial transactions
• Develop an effective internal control system.
• Maintain liaison with external auditors of the company.
• Coordinate with the Audit Committee of the Board, and undertake special audits and investigation on the direction of the Board Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of compliance functions etc.
Qualification: Member of ICAP and ICMAP and member of professional body such as CIMA, CIA, CFE & CICA.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience. Steel sector experience will be preferred.
