Shield Corporation Limited is searching for profiles for the position of Production Engineer. Candidate must have knowledge of injection molding, injection blow molding, plastic raw materials, injection stretch blow molding processes and screen printing processes.
Qualification: BE (Polymer/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Industrial)
Experience: 3-5 Years.

Location: Karachi
Brief Description of Duties:
- To ensure achievement of production targets keeping material rejection within specified limits.
- Handover the production of all scheduled shifts to WIP store by MRN.
- To report incidents/ breakdowns effecting production and safety. Analyze root cause to suggest and recommend action to reduce frequency.
- Supervising the manufacturing processes and ensure quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
- Diagnosing production line problems & providing/ taking recommendations/ actions.
- Follow product specifications and quality control measures.
- Develop and implement process control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desired results.
