Deputy Manager OD & Talent (Lahore based)
Incumbent must have hands-on experience of policies and procedures writing, organizational structure redesigning and restructuring, performance management tools, like KPIs designing.
S/he also is responsible for managing the overall policies and procedures life cycle and updates and revisions as per requirement and revision dates.
Annual Manpower Planning and budgeting for Sugar, Power, Dairy & Feed Sectors. Campus recruitments, talent pipelines for critical positions. Succession Planning and candidate profiling for identifying the successors.
Experience: 7 to 9 Years
Qualification: MBA Majors in HR or relevant areas & Outstanding Written/Verbal Communication Skills
