We are hiring Sales Capability Manager for Karachi:
Job Description:
•Creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers in the Sales organization. Coordinate performance, competencies and evaluates productivity in the Sales Department.
•Research, develop and implement Sales Development Plan
•Maintain visible, productive relationships with all Regional Sales Teams.
•Generate and define Route to Market metrics dashboard and monitor distributors performance leveraging IT tools.
•Lead the analysis of Sales data and proposal of business improvement plans.
•Other duties assigned by the Head of Sales & CCO.
