Core Responsibilities
• Build and execute an excellent Customer Services to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
• Manage & Responsible for day to day operations
• Develop and maintain strong and cross-functional relationships internally to help drive account success
• Maintains contact with assigned customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution and Stile footprint expansion
• Successfully utilize Stile Product refresh program
• Participate in regular one-on-one reviews with Emporium Manager to review forecasts, activity performance, training and development requirements
Required Skills And Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (non-technical) or equivalent required with strong sales skills with 7 + years of experience, B2B service sales (Outdoor sales experience not required, but is a plus)
• Product and process knowledge & Highly developed communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to influence others to achieve results
