Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate children’s speech and language development.
- Design and implement individualized plans based on assessment findings.
- Lead sessions to address communication skills in a peer setting.
- Provide guidance and education to parents and caregivers on supporting their child’s speech and language development at home.
- Collaborate with daycare staff to create a supportive environment for children with speech and language needs.
- Monitor and document children’s progress throughout the process.
