• Lead project initiation by assessing feasibility, costs, timelines, and requirements
  • Collaborate with designers and consultants to deliver sustainable, cost-effective solutions
  • Ensure designs align with operational ease, maintenance needs, and regulatory standards
  • Manage project execution with focus on quality, scope, safety, cost, and timelines
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers for smooth implementation
  • Monitor project progress and drive timely delivery
  • Support start-up & commissioning, documentation, and user training
  • Promote environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions across the project lifecycle
  An ideal candidate should have:
  • Experience in workshop operations, piping, fabrication, utilities, processing equipment, wastewater & water treatment systems, BOQs, etc.
  • Strong understanding of project phases from initiation to completion
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, MS Project, and SAP
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 04–06 years of relevant experience

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Apparel team who have expertise in Marketing. This role is crucial for driving our business forward and establishing benchmarks that align with the best industry practices.

The primary areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate are:

• Manage the entire sampling process from customer request to sample delivery.
• Coordinate with multiple departments (production, PD, accounts, shipping, etc.) to ensure on-time order execution.
• Maintain all merchandising documentation in SAP including purchase requisitions, LCs, POs, shipping documents, etc.
• Monitor and follow up on payments and customer receivables.
• Maintain pricing records, costing sheets, and order tracking.
• Handle customer queries via email/phone with quick turnaround.
• Participate in product development and collection presentations.
• Ensure timely payment of agent commissions.
• Stay responsive to global clients across time zones.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in a related field.
• 04 to 05 years of experience in Marketing Department of Textile industry.
