Job Requirements
- Qualification: BBA/MBA (Marketing)
- Experience / Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the digital commerce growth strategy across D2C and marketplace channels.
- Own and manage the E-Commerce P&L, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and efficient cost control.
- Lead performance marketing and acquisition initiatives to optimize ROAS, CAC, and customer lifetime value.
- Improve conversion and customer journey through continuous optimization of CVR, AOV, and retention metrics.
- Oversee end-to-end operations including inventory readiness, fulfillment performance, and cross-functional coordination.
