Sana Safinaz Jobs Senior Executive Warehouse & Distribution:
Sanasafinaz is looking for the position of “Senior Executive Warehouse & Distribution” for its design studio located at Keemari – Karachi. The incumbent at this position will be responsible to ensure and monitor smoothly process of receiving & issuance of Fabrication & General Items and to maintain it’s operational entries, ledger and reports over SAP.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to maintain General Item and Fabric Tracking Report.
• Responsible to ensure day to day (regular) receiving or issuance of fabric and all other materials.
• Proper & on time documentation of materials (i.e. issuing and receiving).
• Reviewing & monitoring the total Space of store to determine the condition of storage items and its safety
• Ensure total logistic support of department and liaison with higher authority for necessary approval in case of major requirement.
• Report immediately in case of any major discrepancies happen in storage materials.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
• Must be graduated in the relevant field
• Prior experience of 3 to 4 years with Inventory Management System
• Should be familiar with SAP (Inventory Module)
