Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Manager Stores” at Site Production Unit.
Job Description:
- Plan and manage stock movements from all stores
- Prepare and share inventory movement reports
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks.
- Follow up for all running article as per planning sheet & apply the same process onwards
- Strong coordination with all relevant departments
- Analyze critical consumption pattern of inventory for expected demand and maintain optimum inventory level
- Make sure to maintain all data in SAP & excel sheet with proper gate pass record
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and report concerns to senior management
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the store functions are as per defined SOPs
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Ensure to resolve complaints with concern department for any incorrect receiving
- To take precautionary steps for the safety and hygiene in store premises
Job Specification:
Qualification: Masters or Graduate from reputed university in Supply Chain will be preferred
Experience: 5 to 6 years working experience in similar position at retail fashion firm
