Minimum Education: A Levels/ / Intermediate/ Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years preferably working in telesales, customer services and complaint handling.
Skills: She/He must have excellent English Communication Skills (both verbal and written), experience of working on MS Office applications, basic understanding of social media management and complaint handling.
