Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Assistant Manager Store – Fabric” at Site Production Unit.

Job Description:

· Planning of Fabric arrival & Fabric off loading
· Orderly stacking of Fabric in defined areas & optimal utilization of space
· Issuance and receiving of fabric followed by procedure
· Follow up for all running article as per planning sheet & apply the same process onwards
· Coordination with Fabric Inspection, CWH & Production department
· Make sure to maintain all data in SAP & excel sheet with proper gate pass record
· Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and report concerns to senior management
· Conduct regular audits to ensure the store functions are as per defined SOPs
· Initiate complaint to concern department for any incorrect receiving

Job Specification:

Qualification: Masters or Bachelors from any reputed university

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in relevant field

Knowledge / Skills:

Good in stock management, able to communicate clearly and precisely. Hands on expertise on MS Office.
Operational command on ERP is mandatory

Location: SITE Area, Karachi
