- AM Converting (Corrugation)
We’re hiring an AM Converting (Corrugation) to lead production operations, ensure quality standards, and optimize maintenance strategies at our plant. The role involves training staff, managing resources, and implementing SOPs to meet production targets while ensuring compliance with EHS standards. If you have a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in corrugation converting, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure achievement of production targets.
- Maintain product quality standards in line with customer requirements.
- Minimize maintenance downtime through optimization strategies.
- Manage and train converting staff for enhanced performance and efficiency.
- Coordinate the procurement of resources, including consumable parts, inks, dies, and accessories.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational excellence.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and timelines.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) SOPs.
Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore.
