Position: AV Technician
Experience: 1– years of hands-on experience in multimedia systems or relevant field
Job Type: Full Time

Job Requirements:
· Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
· Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
· Experience handling multimedia equipment, including:

1. Projectors (installation, setup, troubleshooting)
2. Audio & video systems
3. Conference room AV setups
   · Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
   · Good communication
   · Ability to work under pressure and provide timely support
   · Flexible to work shifts when required
   Key Skills & Competencies:
   · Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and network infrastructure
   · Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
   · Manage and troubleshoot projectors, sound systems, and presentation equipment
   · Support meetings, events, and conferences with AV & multimedia setup
   · Ensure system security, backups, and regular maintenance
   · Coordinate with vendors for IT and AV equipment servicing
   · Maintain IT inventory and prepare basic technical reports
