Urgently looking for HR Executive (Talent Aquisition and Performamnce Management) based at our Plant in Faisalabad.
The ideal candidate must be MBA / BBA and one to two years hands on experience preferabbly with FMCG.
Must understands;
- Sourcing and attracting the potential talent, using modern sourcing techniques
- Employer Branding (internal and external)
- Forced Ranking Performance Appraisal System
- Succession Planning and identification of internal bench stregnth
- Command over Computer Skills
- Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills
