Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Master Group of Companies), a leading car interior and automotive component manufacturer of Pakistan, is seeking resumes for the position of Executive – Store at its Port Qasim, Karachi location.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Ensure timely issuance of raw materials, consumables, and spare parts to the production department as per requirements.
- Maintain proper stock levels to avoid production delays due to material shortages.
- Monitor stock movements and update records in ERP/software regularly.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure all material transactions are properly documented and authorized.
- Support audits by providing accurate store records.
- Coordinate with the production team to understand daily material requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly consumption and stock reports for management.
- Highlight variances in material usage compared to production plans.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
Intermediate or Graduate
Strong knowledge of store/warehouse management practices.
Good command over ERP/software and MS Office.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
2–3 years of relevant experience in store/warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
