Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Master Group of Companies), a leading car interior and automotive component manufacturer of Pakistan, is seeking resumes for the positions of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – HR Generalist at its Port Qasim, Karachi location.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and employee records.
Lead performance management processes: goal setting, evaluations, and appraisals.
Coordinate training & development initiatives and maintain training effectiveness records.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
Drive employee engagement programs to build a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Maintain and update HRIS/ERP systems and generate periodic HR reports for management.
Support HR audits and ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Master’s (Preferably in HR).
Strong knowledge of HR functions & labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ERP systems.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.
Experience:
4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
