Job Title: IT Support Officer
Job Type: Full-time (Rotation)
Residential: North & Central Areas of Karachi City (Preferred)
Job Description:
- Assist in network implementation.
- Configuring and managing Cisco network switches
- Provide network support with a variety of operating systems.
- Install and configure the computer network.
- Maintain network connectivity of all computer workstations.
- Maintain workstation hardware, applications, services, and settings.
- Create technical support documentation for systems and applications.
- Maintain existing VOIP networks and computer systems user-side.
- Troubleshooting applications network issues.
- Analyzing and upgrading network systems and protocols.
- Maintain network LAN WAN and users.
- Manage POS & ERP support issues
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar field.
- Minimum 02 years to 03 years of experience in a similar field.
- Knowledge of hardware systems including servers, memory modules, processors, and peripherals.
- Knowledge of network security systems and software.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Restaurant POS & ERP Software Support (Preferred)
- CCNA (Preferred)
Salary:
- Rs 40,000 – Rs 45,000 per month
