Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelors in Engineering (Mechatronics, Industrial, Mechanical) or MBA
- Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
- 1-3 years of experience in production planning, preferably with printing and carton converting knowledge.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office tools.

Key Accountabilities
- Conduct Quality Audits and integrate leading indicators
- Create SOPs for testing methods and machine center lining
- Implement IMS, QMS, FSSC, HALAL, BRC standards in BUFC
- Oversee risk management and ensure safe practices in operations
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance procedures and standards
- Support Integrated Management System (Safety, Health, Environment)
- Gather and organize statistical quality data in the AFA Sheets of CRM, INC and Customer Complaints
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelors in Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to risk identification and problem solving
- Focused on accuracy in compliance and documentation
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Customer-centric with a solution-oriented mindset
- Adaptable and composed in high-pressure regulatory environments
