Outfitters Stores Pvt ltd is looking for ” Deputy General Manager – Project” and the task list will be
� Collaborate with the consultants and the store design team to develop the store plan by providing input on own area of expertise ?
� Review the plans developed by consultants, provide feedback and make necessary changes ?
� Support Supervisor in selection of vendor by evaluating bids and providing expertise on cost and quality of materials?
� Develop a schedule of site visits and implement it for inspections to facilitate smooth delivery and execution and monitor cost and quality of the store
� Receive queries from Regional Project Managers regarding own area of expertise (i.e. either HVAC/Civil engineering/Industrial Design) and visit the store for better understanding of the issues ?
� Ensure that the store development complies with the legal requirements as per standards (SOPs)
