We are hiring for the “Ecommerce Executive” for Ethnic
Job description :
- Daily orders sharing with warehouse team & maintain the track sheet
- Verify the payments against paid orders from HBL Cybersource portal on daily basis
- Orders follow up with warehouse team on all pending orders on daily bases
- Reconciliation against dispatch vs deliveries and follow up with couriers companies.
- Maintain record against dispatches vs deliveries and share monthly performance report of couriers companies.
- Maintain shoot master file and follow up with stylist regarding shoot articles,
- Maintain file against received scanned inventory batches in E-store warehouse.
- Coordinate with design & merchandiser team for product details (fabric, material, etce)
- DHL Airway bill generation for international orders. Create new products on website.
- Create new collections on website.
- Upload Product Images on website.
- Do product sorting on collection level.
- Hide out of stock products from website.
Experience: 2 years Plus
Education: Bachelors
Skills: Shopify, Microsoft AX, MS Excel
