OLX Pakistan is looking to recruit a skilled professional for its `Business Intelligence Manager‘ post in Lahore
The applicant selected for this opening will be responsible for standardizing processes and building core analytical capabilities to improve data quality, in addition to implementing decision intelligence and planning across the organization. The job holder will be tasked with analyzing and evaluating business and market data; interpreting data for the purpose of determining organizational/program performance, trends and/or probability; performing and consulting on analysis/evaluation; and developing, optimizing, and providing continuous support for reports and ad-hoc queries requested from business users. Moreover, the incumbent will be delivering and supporting long-term strategic goals and vision for the company’s business intelligence platform in conjunction with data users and business stakeholders. The employee will be leading a team of talented individuals and managing the performance of different business departments and align frameworks to achieve business objectives by using data analytics. Further he/she will be providing local and global teams with strong, reliable and automated reporting toolset as well as regular project performance reports based on multiple data sources.
To be considered for this position, the candidate must have hands-on experience with commonly-used data sources such as MySQL, Google Analytics, AWS, BigQuery, Google Search Console, AdWords, PostgreSQL, in addition to displaying core competency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.

Experience: 4-5 Years
Education: Preferably a Master’s Degree in Data Analytics/Data Science/Big Data with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management/Computer Sciences or similar
