We’re looking for a Head of Customer Success to join our growing team.
Location: Lahore
Role Type: Full-Time
In this role, you will lead corporate customer success for our Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution while building strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders. You will ensure smooth onboarding and adoption, drive ongoing engagement, and support customer success initiatives across our growing range of financial products and services.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in customer success or relationship management, preferably within fintech, payroll, EWA, or financial wellness. Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilites
- Lead corporate customer success for our Earned Wage Access solution
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
- Ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing client engagement
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth
- Support success initiatives across additional financial products and services
Qualifications Required
- 5+ years in customer success or relationship management
- Experience in fintech, payroll, EWA, or financial wellness
