Knowledge and Skills
- Must have knowledge of food product processing and packaging.
- Ability to modify and improve food processing procedures.
- Ability to understand production planning in a timely manner.
- Must have supervisory skills to manage production.
- Excellent knowledge of safety and hygiene of food production.
- Must have command over MS Excel and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP is appreciable.
- Flexible in working hours.
Qualification and Experience
- Education: BS/MSc. Food Science and Technology or a similar discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the food processing industry.
