Job posting for a Branch Incharge position at M&P Express Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd. in Ahmedpur East/Okara.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book shipments of walk-in customers and offer them other M&P Services
- Ensure security checks of each shipment
- Submit cash sale within stipulated time
- Ensure timely delivery and pickup of shipments
- Visit existing clients and make new customers to increase business and revenue
- Ensure timely recovery from clients and submission to Company’s account
- Ensure 100% implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
- Spread awareness and understanding amongst the staff of all the institutions issued from Area/Head Office
- Maintain pool of resources as per man-power requirements of the branch
- Handles the queries and complaints of customers and replies them promptly and courteously to resolve their queries and complaints
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness branch office
- Frequent visit to customers for recovery purpose and to increase sales
Qualifications:
- Graduate and/or Masters
- 4-6 years of experience
- Age: 30-35 years
